I chose Midtown Union because the Arts Center MARTA station needs some love, and this project has the potential to jump start the two high rise residential towers proposed - one at Peachtree & 17th, and the other at W. Peachtree and 15th.
And now we have another proposed residential tower by JPX at Spring and 18th streets. WOW Midtown is on fire.
