There's a billion new projects I'm not posting but I thought I'd at least drop this one off.
Final design has been approved for the
Millennial Tower. Columbus will be adding two new 400+ footers to the skyline within the next several years (The first being
this). The tower will add 720,000 square feet of office, retail, hotel, residential restaurant and parking garage space to the RiverSouth neighborhood. At
412 feet tall, the building will become the 10th largest in the city, and second tallest residential building.
