Just saying, but the Eugene is gonna end up looking more and more like a thermos bottle in a well-stocked top-shelf liquor cabinet as the Yards & environs fleshes further out.

Talk about wasted potential? Lo and behold.

I mean yeah, it's a hotel, which I know architects usually don't go ham on design-wise; but at least a bit of character would've been appreciated.
