Good point on if Oakland really is the third "downtown" of Pennsylvania, based on employment or economic activity. I was passing along information that I had read, and I'm not one to dispute the statement, but University City would be right up there, and you have to wonder that with a larger city like Philadelphia, and multiple universities there, that maybe University City would be third.
