Kawartha’s definitely central. The other two may be up for debate.
Ps: Funny enough, when I drove on the 401 in March 2021, the weather was springlike in Cobourg - there was little to no trace of snow. Then, when I passed by Brighton, Lo and behold, it was snow everywhere (except on the 401, of couse).
