this building is last to rise at the wtc.
i think that the people should be able to vote on the design (foster or BIG) they want built. and maybe even vote for a new design entirely.
IMO, i believe that we should build a twin to 1 WTC on the spot, but with the foundations and core of 2 already there, that is not exactly possible.
all that said, i think that there should be something rising at the site before 9/11/2021, and everything finished by 2026.
