posters on this board, and Canadians in general, certainly aren't shy about telling everyone about about how 'distinct' they are from 'those Americans'.. ergo, Canadians and Americans are separate races.
tbqh, both countries are ethnically diverse AF now, so the differences between the two are largely social. For instance:
Canadians tend to be timid, more than happy to fork over a majority of their earnings to offload responsibility for the health and safety of their homes and families to the state, perfectly willing to disarm themselves in the hopes they'll live long enough to have the end years of their lives dragged out by 'get what you pay for' health care...
but hey, at least it's free!
Americans are of course the brasher of the bunch, perfectly happy to shoot the state if they barge in unannounced, or anyone else for that matter! Take care of you and yours, till you can't.
Healthcare? why bother dragging out the end years.. in and out of doctors offices and hospitals, dragging your poor family down for the ride..
