This is probably my favorite proposal in the city, outside of Tower Verre, it is so futuristic looking, and Madison Square already has a really incredible blend of architecture and this would only add to it. Hopefully the strong sales at the Met Life Tower will encourage investment in this thing because I really think its a beauty.
