Apologies for the Thea Render advertisement but so far it's working great with my basic settings and I've had too little time to try out the new Kerkythea.

Anyhow, here's another look at my--ie NimbyTect--alternative plan for the "Live Work Play" downtown Winnipeg condo tower proposal by Mady & Kirkor Architects--what I'm calling "Nimby the Poo" if you get my ref awesome

Here is the near finalized Smith Street podium facade (office, live/work loft units) minus the retail at grade. For context, this facade faces an historic greystone Anglican church, a small parking lot and several smaller older buildings. The idea is to recreate the magic of this intimate old school-style streetscape with modern materials--here, glasss curtain wall behind a metal lattice in a variety of colours mimicking brick & stone masonry. The lattice allows light into the office floors while providing shading and street appeal.

How tall will it be?
