And that's just one of several 20+ mid risers coming to the area. Incredible density...just really hope one thing that isn't going to shoot out is parking. Transit rich area equals hold down the parking slots. We don't need more congestion on those already busy roads... we have buses and trains already. Maybe the Journal square area is also going to need trolley/light rail service... with all the development potential over the next decade it will need good transit infrastructure... upgrades here are a must.
