Dewa projects which won the priced land at
Marinedrive through bidding has announed
plan for a Tech park, Mall, residential a 5 star
and a 4 star hotels at its 3.2 million sqft township.
The construction of residential buildings has been
tendered and is set to start.
Tech park and Mall in the middle and hotels at the right end
of the pic above. The white blocks at the top left end are
the residential township. The notional highrises to the
left of the hotel towers is Prestige Neptune's Courtyard
apartment complex.
