101 Meadowlilly Rd proposed development
I recently joined this page, but have followed the London Skyscraper page for a long time. I personally think this proposal for 101 Meadowlily Rd is inappropriate for this area. It is too large a development for that property and will require the sewage to be piped up the road to Commissioners (supposedly the developer wants the city to pay that cost). There are maybe half a dozen houses spread out down the road between Commissioners & the River (all presumably on Septic tanks). It is too narrow a road for such a large development and could get overwhelmed with such a large increase in traffic. It would also have an undue impact on the Meadowlilly ESA directly across the Road.
