It's not horrible, but San Antonio could certainly do better. It does look like either a hospital or else a small city bank from the early 80s.

I don't know why they said 12 floors, though. I counted 17 floors, and possibly 18 if that's not a double window in the lobby area. This is easily a 200+ foot building. Quite a bit taller than what I'd expect a 12-story residential building to be.
