Eventually that area will have enough population to have its own local services, like a full-sized grocery store, pharmacy, stores like Winners, etc. It would be nicer to put that stuff in Scotia Square and have finer-grained development around Cogswell than build giant podiums with Winners and Shoppers on the new blocks. We'll see how it goes.
