I just noticed that this rendering shows 2 towers on the north side of Drexel Square. The 30th Street Station District tower and the Schuylkill Yards tower. Just thought that was interesting. That hole where the tracks are exposed bugs me. I didn't think there would be enough space for a tower without combining the 2.
