The next step for Terminus is to lock down their retail component.With Lennox expanding and the anticipated growth of the14th Street corridor and Peachtree corridors of Midtown,upscale retail is going to be hotly contested. Cousins Properties is going to be challenged to maintain their competitive position at Terminus.
