On the left of that photo you can see a group of storage units they call "garage condos".
These are nearly complete now.

There are still a number of residential units left to be built, including a 160 unit apartment complex.
Plus offices, community buildings, trails, etc.
Much more left to develop for this project.
But it has come quite a ways so far.

Orientation: of course, that's downtown OKC in the background on the left.
On the right, you see two prominent towers -- Valliance Bank and 50 Penn Place.
The latter is right next to Penn Square mall and the upcoming
OAK mixed-use development.
