I love Philly, but Comcast Tech Center is hideous. Quite possibly the ugliest "tallest" out of the top 20 largest MSA skylines. It's one of several towers (including Cira Centre, which looks like something you'd find in Dallas, Houston or Atlanta) that have popped up in Philly in recent years that look completely out of place.

Philly's skyline had so much more style and character before all the uninspired, tacky glass stuff popped up.
