Toronto, almost in response to this thread, had it's 4th supertall proposed yesterday.
1200 Bay Street. 324m or 1,063ft. Herzog & de Meuron designed, with a Dutch developer.
This is a block to the west of The One, the current new Tallest U/C.
It is however not the tallest proposed building. Mirvish-Gehry is the tallest building currently proposed, at 329m / 1079ft. It will really stand out too as it is in a part of town that currently only has buildings less than half that height (most buildings aren't taller than 157m).
