A first look at Brickell City Center's upcoming hotel

Swire Hotels said it plans to open the East Miami hotel at Brickell City Center in fall 2015.
The company released renderings this week that show what the 263-room hotel will look like as it towers over Swire Properties' $1.05 billion mixed-use project.
East Miami will be Swire Hotels' U.S. first property and the third hotel under the East brand, following locations that opened in Hong Kong in 2010 and Beijing in 2013.

Designed by Arquitectonica, East Miami will also feature 89 serviced apartments known as East Residences. The tower will also house two restaurants, a poolside bar and lounge, a rooftop bar, fitness center, and a banquet hall.
Phase one of Brickell City Center is currently under construction in the heart of Miami's Brickell district. It will include a luxury shopping center, two residential towers, a wellness center and Class A offices. The first phase is expected to be finished next year.
