Hollis should definitely stay one way. I'm not a fan of one way streets but it works for that street.Upper/Lower water would make a good one way 2 lane outbound st but since I drive that street southbound quite a bit I'm not sure if I personally would even want the change. As time goes on it will be interesting to see how the planners decide to get traffic out of downtown with the absence of the current ramps. I myself would like to see a third lane from at least Cornwallis along Barrington to the MacDonald bridge ramp. I think that would help the merging issues that happen at that intersection now. As I say that though I realize the true issue is the bridge. Maybe its time to expand the bridge again! lol. This time to 5 lanes
