Yes...while mopving the hole to the bottom would satisfy our little wet dream desires of seeing into LSE from across the river, saving the park form a giant mass of a building by putting that hole there is far more critical.
In fact, the hole should be larger and they can add about 200 feet.
Honestly...I'm underwhelemed, so if this is the great project, the devil must be in the details.
