Well, you wouldnt be the first to make that argument. People have been saying that for years. Still, buildings keep going up. I kind of hope the market gets saturated because Ill be out of college and living in Miami in 3 years. Yet, even if the market gets saturated I am not sure that prices will go down. Miami is pretty dense no matter where you go. Because the metro area is mostly linear, living within an hour commute still puts you in pretty dense areas. We have really only two options here, build up or into the Everglades. I dont think that building into the Everglades is a good option though.
