This is exactly what I mean.
I want to know who at Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture thought that this was a good idea. This is going to be their HQ what's the message here? "We can design generic shit that bastardizes the historical character of a place just like everyone else!" I really liked how the previous version stood out but still fit in so seeing it switched to this full on generic garbage just sucks.
Or is there some neighborhood group or alderman pushing for this? I think 800 W Fulton change it's brick color and I feel like I remember other designs becoming more Fultonized as well.
