Nice that we saw the Prairie Link proposal come up but it's been scant on details since this summers launch... $9B price tag seems reasonable but I want to know more deets which so far haven't been forthcoming... Granted the huge cost of California HSR that wouldn't buy much however under a P3 with limited ability for all encompassing "scope creep" that might be a different story. REM in Montreal and the Vancouver Canada Line seem to be doing well as similarly privatized public projects are working.
