When I read your posts I get the impression that you really want a stadium but you don't want to get your hopes up. I think that this is common in the maritimes and I can't blame you based on the Commonwealth Games failure. However, it would be best to try and fail than to just wait for something to happen. The politicians are the same as everyone else, they are worried about being involved in something that might fail, so they need to be supported by residents and non-residents of HRM.
