That's the second time I've heard of waiting lists in the greater Moncton area for apartments that have barely even broken ground. I think it speaks of more pent up demand. |

We knew there was a delay but now we know it was from the steel tariffs. Should it also be concerning that the Hilton Home Suites hotel is being re-assessed?
