The main reason it looks lopsided in that visualization is because Hudson Yards is out of frame. The Grand Hyatt replacement should balance it our further. But we're going to need a ground-breaking 500m/1700ft tower eventually with the rate the 400m/1300ft towers are sprouting up. PABT or Penn Station districts possibly.
