If you want a basic rendering just look in the Wind Impact Study.

Of course I'm witholding my stance until real renderings are out but so far it looks like a very good project for Barrington St. That street really needs a boost along the lines of a residential tower with a lot of commercial space.

EDIT: Now that I've looked over the rough line-drawings I think this is the second development to steal ideas from the Trillium (rounded corner, big base).
