New Grand Hyatt for Frankfurt: Vivico and Hyatt International have signed a management agreement for a Grand Hyatt Hotel in the 5 star-plus category. The hotel will take the form of a tower around 160 metres high on the Osloer Strasse in Frankfurt's Europaviertel. Construction is due to start in autumn, the site is cleared already.
The tower is part of so called Skyline Plaza, formerly known as Urban Entertainment Centre (UEC), which will comprise of two towers, several smaller residential/office buildings and a shopping and congress complex.
