One Central makes a lot of sense.

Thompson Center could be a natural fit. Think gambling floor in the lower level where the food court is and hotel rooms higher up looking down like an atrium hotel.

I have no idea how the area of that lower level fits in what an operator would want or need but from a functional standpoint it seems to make a lot of sense.
