650 Fairmount Ave would be transformative. They need a lot of variances for density and commerical space, but I hope they get it because it's appropriate. The PDF really drives home how much urban renewal destroyed the urban fabric of the neighborhood. All we can hope is that PHA will follow suit and redevelop their plots into rowhomes with commercial mixed use corners.
