I know the uncertainly in the hospitality industry will linger, but I am glad Peebles did not get a hold of this building.
I would rather see this beautiful building fall into the hands of a more notable developer associated with the Kimpton or Marriott brands. Great track records for hotel conversions while maintaining the historic character.

This only issue with this building is its location, especially for a luxury hotel and now throw in Covid. But I hope this building finds a new life sooner than later.
