I'm hoping this parcel, and Park Lane yield the block buster towers of the mid 20's. Would be nice if we get a clearer optics by mid 2021, and 2023 u/c of a new blockbuster tower(s) for a 2025 opening. That would be sweet.
Park Lane is currently on the Green Mile. Judgement day is coming for that property. On a side note, can't wait for the rubbish near MSG to go away for the Penn District.
