Yeah, that would be the small parking lot squeezed between the large Wicker Park Connection project and the Vision project back in 2010.
It's directly behind Scone City, and apparently is a landlocked parcel with no street access. All vehicle and pedestrian access would have to be made through Vision's parking lot.
This area is going to become a crazy jumble of highrises if this project moves forward, but I honestly don't see that happening. Maybe PKDickman can handicap this proposal for us...
