^ If Robert Moses had his way, there would be more bridges. That's not necessarily a good thing, but not necessarily bad either.

I like it also. People mostly think of New York as a skyscraper town, and it is. But it's also a city of and in the water, held together by its subways and bridges. The big skyscrapers are mainly contained to Manhattan. The bridges are all over town.
