What I'm eager to see, is a proposal to redevelop the parking lot with the Green Education Building at the NE corner of Ash & 5th Ave. So much surface lot space prime for either commercial or residential development. I remember seeing a proposal awhile back from Davis Architects for a highrise mixed use project but may never come to fruition in this cycle. At that point DT tempe will truly start to fill in.
