Total lot area is around 56'000 square feet on Quinpool, Preston and Pepperell.

Interesting to see that the developer has acquired all the properties west to Preston Street. (The parking lot beside Oxford Learning seems to be missing but I'm sure an omission). 217 units seems to be low and a missed opportunity given its location. I'd love to see what they are proposing.
