There are plenty of expensive, star-studded blocks in New York City, but only one strip of buildings, near Central Park, has earned the nickname "Billionaires' Row"—and the swanky neighborhood just welcomed a notable new resident. Rocker Sting reportedly just purchased a $65.7 million penthouse at 220 Central Park South after selling his duplex at nearby 15 Central Park West for $50 million.

Few details have been made public about the actual apartment, but according to a previous listing, it has three bedrooms and five and a half baths spread out over 5,807 square feet. The unit boasts both north and south views and has a terrace.
