Personal anecdote- I toured Windsor and thought it was awful. While the main lobbies are nice, the sound proofing was miserable as I could easily hear the floor above us while walking down the hallway. Their rooftop area was also a joke, there’s an odd room in a corner and then the rooftop was more like a corner balcony with not much space at all. The pool was nice and finishes were fine- just a rather strange experience while I toured the property.

I thought that lot would have been developed already. Surprised it's managed to hold on this long.
