New building at 3415 N Ashland looks to be moving forward. A demolition permit was issued for the 2 story industrial building at the site. To replace it will be a new 4 story, 53 unit building with 16 parking spaces. Permit still pending for that. This project received zoning approval in December. It is a block or 2 from the Paulina Brown Line stop.
