There are already public displays at BIO and you can go on tours.
The Halifax or maybe the Dartmouth waterfront (downtown by the ferry) are probably the only reasonable place for this. Cruise ship passengers, etc. are not going to make it out to Shannon Park and without that money the facility would be less viable. It makes no sense to spread things like this out.
