In the provincial capital works plans for 2013, there is a line item regarding $2.5M for upgrades at the interchange of Elmwood Dr with the TCH.
I wonder what they have planned there? The alignment is certainly odd, with strange off ramps and a fairly tight curve on the TCH itself. This could certainly be improved. In addition, some signalization on Elmwood Dr at the off ramps would certainly be helpful.
