Highlights:
- New York-based WeWork will open a second headquarters in San Francisco, leasing three stories in Salesforce Tower.
- Salesforce Tower is now 88% leased and could be 98% leased prior to opening, with Boston Properties currently in talks to lease another 152,000 square feet.
- Companies eyeing the remaining space are not necessarily in the tech sector; private equity firm Hellman & Friedman is currently in discussions to rent two upper floors.
