This monster can create it's own clouds ala Mt Fuji but on a much smaller scale of course.
Or is that being given off the building itself? I am not sure in this pic but I have seen clouds develop and dissapear from the sears before.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Perhaps I am just insane.
