Nice. I counted either 33 or 34 floors. I wonder if this proposal has anything to do with Austin planning 2 new convention hotels. It's good to see some healthy competition between the cities. It'll end up being good for their downtowns to get into a sort of race to attract convention business.
And of course it's always good when another parking lot goes away. This will also help stretch the skyline closer to US 59.
