The Tampa International Airport is poised to make a deal with a Jacksonville developer to build a nine-story office building and parking garage on airport property.
The office tower is a key part of the second phase of the airport's multibillion-dollar master plan. The second phase kicked off construction in January, and the majority of construction is to be complete in May 2020.
