The problem is inflation. All these cost estimates are are likely far higher and no longer feasible for anyone.
Also I don't believe a 37 seat Dash-8-100 that flies between Moncton and Deer Lake 6 days a week and not on Saturday is going to move the needle on a stadium that will cost several 100's of millions...
