yeah being up on the waterfront is certainly a key draw here looks-wise for how this cluster of apts will turn out on the skyline.

the initial tower is not a spectacular bldg or anything, but its impressive in size for this site and looks ok.

speaking of the site, i certainly hope this feature works well:

'The tower’s ground-floor retail will be constructed one foot above the floodplain, with flood gates and tanks created to address flooding.'
