Do you know if one phase would be the mini-tower by itself and the second a mid/high-rise or is the second phase a separate tower all together. Of course this assumes that this is even a real thing.

Would you care to elaborate on the curtain-wall aspect? I’m just curious as to what justified or doesn’t justify one in these situations.
